Matthew 18:20

“For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I among them.”

There are numerous small groups that go on in our church. Some small groups only meet at a certain time in the year and some are an on-going ministry that take place every week.
Active Small Groups: Here is a list of the small groups that are going on now.
Young Adults Group- This is a group designed for people in their early 20s through 30. They meet together every Thursday night at 6:30 PM. They regularly meet at the church, but sometimes will go out to eat at restaurants in our community. Usually they prepare a meal together and each member is responsible for bringing a certain ingredient. Then eat dinner in fellowship, as we discuss devotionals with each other. This groups includes the future leaders of the church, where you can learn to speak freely about the subjects we are studying and voicing our opinions on all subjects that we talk about. If you are interested in joining the group email the church at to get the information you will need. Our class is studying the new Bible study, “Starting Point.”
Men’s Breakfast-Men’s Breakfast” sounds like a lavish cornucopia of early morning edible delights, the reality is some what different. A group of men gathered around the ubiquitous coffee and donuts. That description doesn’t do justice to our Saturday morning men’s circle that has been meeting consistently for more than twenty years. This group gathering has been and still is one of the best forms of ministry for men in our church. We share our lives, we laugh, we pray, we have faith building conversations around God’s word. I have been tempted at times to organize the agenda more systematically and to orchestrate more deliberately what we do on Saturday mornings from 9:00 to 10:00 AM. I’m afraid of getting in God’s way because our mostly casual times have so often been a great vehicle for God. There are many things I would miss if I had to leave this church, but this men’s group gathering with regularity each Saturday morning would be a major loss to my spiritual life. Come check us out, share in the conversations and even eat a donut If your cholesterol allows it.

Grief Share – This is a program we offer to anyone who has lost a loved one. It is a 13 week class, where we meet once a week and watch a DVD and then discuss what we watched. We are here to walk with you through a very difficult time in your life and help you understand your grief and ways to help you work through your grief. We understand the pain, losing our 33 year old daughter, and after taking this class, the Lord placed it on our hearts to facilitate this class.
